One-year-old Jayme is battling for his life against the rare muscle disease SMA. Touched by Jayme’s story, Jim Bakkum and Glennis Grace decided to write a song for him: “Ik Kijk Naar Jou” (I Look at You).
All proceeds from the song go to charity. The music video begins with several images of Jayme.
